1、可独立完成自动化设备整机的完整设计与开发及方案制定；
2、关键部件的评估选型，关键自动化方案的深入分析与论证；
3、新项目的详细设计，包括机械3D、2D设计和BOM表的制定；
4、根据客户或其他部门的要求进行机械设计修改和设计改进；
5、新设计设备的装配调试技术支持及故障解决；
6、控制自动化设备开发成本，不断优化结构设计，改善设备造价；
7、总结产品研发经验，持续改进产品性能；
8、为公司销售与售后服务提供必要的技术支持；
9、完成自动化设备技术开发及困难攻坚任务。
10、完成上级领导及公司交办的其它任务。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械、机电或相关专业，8年以上精密自动化设备设计经验；
2、能熟练使用SolidWorks软件绘制3D和2D；
3、熟练掌握各种常见自动机结构及步进/伺服/气动系统的机械部分设计及相关标准件的选型；
4、如有高速、高精密设备设计经验，或者上,下料移载,机器视觉..等自动化设备行业成熟经验优先；
5、如有自动化线体、桁架机械手项目设计经验优先；
6、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有良好的团队精神和沟通能力。
7、能够带领团队完成交付任务。
